Spring on plate

Now it´s time for asparagus. But let´s do in an unusual way.  (You´ll love it )
You need only asparagus, parmesan, good olive oil, salt and pepper. That´s it !!!!  Now, if you have green asparagus, you do not need to peel, only to cut the hard end away. Best way to cut it is to bend the asparagus in hand, it will brake exactly in right spot. (Try it, you´ll be amased...)

Pour olive oil, salt and pepper into a plastic bag, mix well and ass the plants. Mix, shake, roll, sing, whistle untill all surfaces have some oil mixture. Then heat a grill pan.
Lay the plants to a very hot grill pan and grill all surfaces until you have nice burnmarks...
This took in total some 8 minutes.

Add real parmesan and enjoy !  I love it !!!!
