Chicken Wok HOT

This one has some spicy flavours from India. Be warned: You may need fire brigade to cut the flames in your mouth after tasting this.











You need chicken, leek, garlic, coconut  milk, oil, curry, curry paste, chili, koriander, cayanne pepper and lime or lemon.











Heat oil and curry in wok. ( Curry gets even better, if it burns a bit ).













Add chicken to get nice colour.














Add leek, garlic and chili. ( In most of the recipes you are adviced to start with leek of onions. I prefer to start with meat ( exept tenderloin ), because the onions or leek may burn while meat gets colour ).









Add koriander. Make sure the spice hits the bottom of the pan to cook well.













Now add curry paste

Cocount milk. Shimmer a while.














Serve with rice.
