Salad Mimosa

Another, nice russian starter ( or part of a sakuska). Salad Mimosa

Incrediences:
Crab sticks (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crab_stick ), eggs, apples, butter, onions cheese and mayonnaise.

Cut onion in slices and put the slices in water. They should be in water atleast an hour. (..we are trying to reduce the bitterness...).

Grate some butter and place the grated butter in freezer to wait. ( Otherwise it will melt, and loose all texture).

Make the salad directly onto serving plate. Use suitable mold to be able to have nice edges... Start with well cooked, and finely chopped egg whites.

Try to make the layer as even as possible, but do not press hard.

Make the second layer with cheese.

Now, take the crated butter from freezer lay it as a 3rd layer.

Next is a layer of chopped onions.

Now lay some mayonnaise.

And now a layer of crab sticks.

On top of grab sticks make a layer with apple.

Put a second layer of mayonnaise on top of apple.

The final layer is grated egg yolks.

Take the mold away by lifting up carefully.

Mimosa is ready for serving
