Cooking leftovers

Synopsis:
Quest left. Hangover. Hungry. Not able to go to market. Maybe I have some leftovers in my fridge and closets.
First time Reindeer, China style:
So What do I have: Both ends of 3 exellent reindeer files (middle parts were the main dish with quests), wine berriers, salad, tomatoes, pickled vendace, srawberriers, lots of different cheese, yellow onions, red onions, garlic and assortment of different canned things. ..Fuck no ginger and leek. How can I make chinese w/o those??? Okay let´s try anyway:

1. The meat
If you cook (or fry) reindeer filee too long, it will turn up to taste like a liver ... not nice... so I decided to fry them only few seconds separately

2. Other ingrediences
I found a little amount of salad, and some canned, china-style things:

Beans: Not very chinese, but great for hangover (maybe some farting afterwards :-( )

And since I do not have leek, I have to use other onions: Yellow, and red onions and garlic

3. Frying Order
Always start with onions (and some sunflower oil ofcourse

Then add beans (canned beans do not need long time)

Now the pre fried reindeer

And the green things

The sauce (Soy, ricewine , sesame oil an sugar) was not thick enough, so I decided to addd some eggs

Now the final maturing (with all together

Hey THIS LOOKS LIKE A DOG SHIT. Well lets taste anyway:

Okay. Not looking more professional, but I started with a hangover and finished with some fresh wine in my head. Taste was OK. Two things went wrong: 1. Rice was too long in cooker, so it went too soft. 2. I added the pre-fryed reindeer to the mixture too early. (When I tasted the reindeer after pre frying it was heavenly exellent). In the end I´m happy, and I know next time the result will be ddeelliicciious!
