Baking cake

Baking a cake is easy and fun. To make it real easy, forget grams, ozes, cups, liters or any mesurements: You only need 3 glasses !

Fill one glass with your desired number of eggs ( i used this time 5). Fill another glass with sugar. Look that both glasses have exactly the same amount in volume ( see photo). And finally fill the last glass with flours. Good mixture is 70/30 wheat- and potato flour. Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Now make sure, that all three glasses have the same amount in volume, as in this photo.

Put eggs and sugar in your food processor and let the machine do the work: Full speed and at least 10 minutes ! ( The longer you mix, the better the cake will be. Even half an hour is not too much, if you can tolerate the heavy sound of your food processor).

Ready mixture should not be as hard as concrete :-) but thick and the volume should be at least double from the original.

Now add the flour through dense net and not all at a time.

Wisk gently with horisontal movement untill the mixture feels right.

Prepare your cake mold with butter and breadcrumbs. Put the mixture in and bake in 170 degree (C) owen 30 - 35 minutes.

Take the cake out from oven and let it cool down.

Now you can cut this f.ex in 3 slices and moisture and fill as you like. Be creative!
