Synopsis
China style cooking is fun, and fast. You can use almost everything you find in your fridge and closets, but before you start, make some real sweet & sour sauce first. This you can make larger quanitities, since with tightly closed glass, it will remain in good shape in fridge atleast a week. Once you have made this yourself, you will never buy a ready-made-uncle-shit from any store!!

This you can make larger quanitities, since with tightly closed glass, it will remain in good shape in fridge atleast a week. Once you have made this yourself, you will never buy a ready-made-uncle-shit from any store!!
All you need should be available in every store: Fresh ginger, leek, sunflower oil, garlic, sugar, rice vinegar, rice vine, soya sauce, tomato pyre and Maizena (for thickening)
So Let´s start
So Let´s start
Now add miched ginger (I cut 2 slices from a normal size ginger). Keep gigner in movement all the time, or it will just burn and your sauce is ruined. fry it about one minute
Mix everything well, and let the sauce shimmer in low heat about 15 mins. (If it gets too thick, use lid on top of the pan.
