Yes! The real Mozzarella is finally available also in Kuusamo: Mozzarella Di Bufala" (all other are cheap copies...) So I got it and decided to add 2 more pizzas as additions for my previous note. I made also a vegetarian version this time...
Vegetarian (if you want to see detailed instructions, see my "Pizza"). I used tomatosauce, artchoke, pineapple, oives and Mozzarella Di Bufala
Cheeses: Mozzarella Di Bufala, Roqufort and Chevre. (this is enough, but I added some pineapples for bluecheese and the rest of olives from the vegetarian pizza. Pizza is great, since You do not have to be "orthodox" with the incrediences
